1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. By creating an account, you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing this site voluntarily. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register.

2. Account Rules

• One account per player. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bonuses forfeited.
• You must provide accurate personal information at registration and during KYC.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: $20 CAD. Minimum withdrawal: $20 CAD. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. We process withdrawals within 4 business hours during operating hours (Monday–Friday 9am–11pm ET). We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. 4. Welcome Bonus Terms

• 100% deposit match up to $200 CAD on your first qualifying deposit.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: $20 CAD.
• Wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount.
• Bonus expiry: 30 days from activation.
• Eligible games: slots (100% contribution), live casino (10%), poker (0%).
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: $10 per spin or hand.
• Bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering is not completed within the expiry period.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: using automated software or bots; exploiting software errors or bugs; collusion; money laundering; using payment methods not in your name; creating accounts on behalf of others. Violations result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In cases of fraud or violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Verified winnings will be paid out after investigation completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or events outside our control. We make no warranty that the site will be continuously available. Our maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players. Continued use of the site after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable under the Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence. Any disputes shall be resolved through the KGC's dispute resolution process.
